Israel has always been close to my heart. In recognition of the terrible suffering caused by Hamas in their October attack, I created a colorway based on the Israeli flag. I am calling it Though the Fig Tree Blossom Not, which is a line from one of the Old Testament prophets. It is a song of hope in the midst of suffering.

The yarn is white with long and short portions of royal blue. It is an assigned pooling colorway, but it also looks great knit "normally."

I dyed this yarn on Squoosh DK, which is an incredibly soft and squishy yarn base made of 100% extra-soft superwash merino.

Between now and the end of the year, I will be donating 25% of the proceeds from the sale of Though the Fig Tree Blossom Not to American Friends of Magen David Adom, which provides emergency medical care to those in need.
