I want you to love the yarn or fiber you purchase from me. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to see if I can resolve your issue.

I will accept returns for all non-custom items within 30 days, and I'm happy to cover the return shipping as well. You can choose a full refund or store credit.
