Cancellation policy

If you place an order and then need to cancel it, just let me know as soon as possible. If it is a regular in-stock item and I haven't already shipped it, I'm happy to cancel it for you.

If it's a dyed to order yarn colorway or an art batt, I can cancel the order until it is made but not after I have made it for you, so please contact me as soon as possible in that case.
