COLORWAY
The Wedding of Aragorn and Arwen is one of my Lord of the Rings inspired colorways. After the ring has been destroyed and Aragorn has become king, he can finally marry his long-beloved Arwen, the elf-maiden and daughter of Elrond. 

This colorway is lighter than the others in the collection. It has white, royal purple, turquoise, gold, and silver.

I dyed this yarn using my Splashed and Speckled method, which means each skein contains the same colors but in different places, making each one unique. If you plan to use more than one skein in a project, I recommend switching skeins every few rows to create a more consistent look.

YARN BASE
I dyed this colorway on Stained Glass Sock, which is a smooth, soft 2-ply yarn made of 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon. The thing that makes Stained Glass Sock uniquely wonderful is that one ply is made of white wool while the other alternates between black and white, so when I dye the yarn, it looks like leaded stained glass. Each 100 gram skein has 400 yards.
