I freely admit to being head over heels in love with this warm golden-brown colorway. I named it ochre after the artists' pigment. It's a bronze yellow with brown speckles.
I dyed it on Sock Perfection, which is perfect for everything from socks to shawls to sweaters and beyond. It's made of extra-soft superwash merino and nylon.
Ochre on Sock Perfection
450 yards / 3.5 oz / 4 plies
80% extra-soft superwash merino / 20% nylon
Care: Machine or hand wash cold and air dry.
Ochre would look beautiful with Renaissance Festival, Jackson Pollock, or Forest Floor. The last photo shows it with Forest Floor.
