RAPHAEL'S MADONNA AND CHILD Art Batts to Spin or Felt
RAPHAEL'S MADONNA AND CHILD Art Batts to Spin or Felt
17 in stock
I found the inspiration for this yarn from a print of Raphael's Madonna of the Chair that we have. I included the painting as the last photo.
The colors are deep and rich, and I emulated them in the yarn. They include black, olive, deep peach, tan, blue, dusty green, brownish orange, and rich gold. Apparently, Raphael stopped by an inn one day and discovered he had no money when it came time to pay, so he asked to pay with a painting. He painted this on the lid of a barrel.
