Impressions of Autumn is a speckled colorway with magenta, red, orange, gold, light green, and deep purple. It is like the pointillist version of Autumn Leaves and would go beautifully with it.
I dyed this colorway on Stained Glass Sock, which is a soft and squishy 2-ply yarn made of 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon. The thing that makes Stained Glass Sock uniquely wonderful is that one ply is made of white wool while the other alternates between black and white, so when I dye the yarn, it looks like leaded stained glass. Each 100 gram skein has 400 yards.
