The inspiration for these art batts came from a picture in my mind of a grassy field on the edge of a cliff, a darkening evening sky, and deep blue waves from below the cliff. I love the way the colors and textures work together here.
There's merino, polwarth, alpaca, silk, and some sparkly angelina as well. These would work well for spinning or felting.
Name: Earth, Sea, & Sky
Weight: 2 ounces
Contents: 79% merino wool, 10% organic polwarth wool, 7% alpaca, 3% silk, 1% angelina

Uses: Spinning or Felting (96% feltable materials)
This would look wonderful plied with the closely related art batt colorway, Call Me Ishmael.
Each art batt is shipped to you in a lovely organza drawstring bag to prevent it from getting dusty until you are ready to use it. It also has a label to let you know what it's made of for future reference. This makes a great presentation if you are giving art batts as a gift to your favorite spinner or felter as well.
MY GIFT TO YOU
Also, as a token of my appreciation, I would be happy to include your choice of either a sprig of fresh rosemary from my organic garden or a handmade felt ball infused with essential lavender oil with your order. Both of these smell wonderful and are natural moth deterrents. Just let me know if you would like one and which one you would prefer in the note to seller when you check out.
Happy fiber artistry!
