I dyed this colorway on Stained Glass Fingering, which is a soft and squishy 2-ply yarn made of 100% superwash merino. The thing that makes Stained Glass Fingering uniquely wonderful is that one ply is made of white wool while the other alternates between black and white, so when I dye the yarn, it looks like leaded stained glass. Each 100 gram skein has 437 yards.

After the Rain would look great with A Little Princess and Unicorn.
I have included a couple photos of a hat I knit using After the Rain on a worsted-weight version of Stained Glass to give you an idea of how it can knit up.
