This is Topaz dyed as a 20 gram mini skein. Freedom Blue is a brilliant sapphire blue.
Instead of making sock sets this time, I thought I would make lots of minis so you can create your own sock sets or choose different colors to use for colorwork projects.
This light orange goes perfectly with Garnet and Topaz, the assigned pooling colorway from my Gemstone collection.
I created these mini skeins using some of the most frequently used colors in my variegated skeins, so they will go with lots of different colorways.Take a look at the Yarn Pairings section below for some ideas of what to pair this with.
I dyed these minis on Splendid Sock, which is soft but tough, making it perfect for the heels and toes of your favorite socks but still soft enough for a lovely shawl. The yarn is made of 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon.
If you plan to make socks, I recommend pairing this with a skein of either Sock Perfection or So Silky Sock.
