Imagine the wind whipping through your hair as you sail through the sea, watching a brilliant sunset off the starboard side of your sailboat. That was what I had in mind when I dyed this colorway. It has brilliant oranges and light reds and deep purples. I dyed it as a splashed and speckled colorway, so it isn't likely to pool and every stitch will be an adventure to see what comes next as you create.
I used my Sparkly Merino Sock base, which is made of 92% superwash merino and 8% sparkly lurex. It's a lovely base for shawls and cowls and hats.
