Imagine the delight and richness of the whole atmosphere at a Renaissance festival. That was the inspiration for this colorway.
It's all jewel tones including blue, red, green, purple, bronze, and more.I dyed this yarn using my Splashed and Speckled method on Wonderful Worsted, which is a squishy and round 4-ply yarn made of 100% superwash merino. It's great for sweaters, shawls, hats, and more.
Renaissance Festival on Wonderful Worsted
218 yards / 3.5 ounces / 4 plies
100% superwash merino wool
Care: Machine or hand wash cold and air dry
Renaissance Festival would look great with Annunciation Blue, The Winedark Sea, Forest Green, Eggplant, and Ochre.
I included photos of a hat I knit up in this colorway using Wonderful Worsted. It should give you an idea of how the colorway will work up, but keep in mind that how it looks will vary a lot depending on the pattern, the yarn base, and even the individual skein.
