I dyed Eggplant everywhere except the middle section both sides, and I dyed that middle section with hot pink, orange, yellow, chartreuse, Renaissance Blue, and Lilac.
One of the really cool things that happens with this colorway is that one section of the colors goes ROYGBIV while the next one goes VIBGYOR. I've included a couple photos of a hat I knit so you can see what I mean.
I dyed this yarn on Squoosh DK, which is an incredibly soft and squishy yarn base made of 100% extra-soft superwash merino.
Purple Prism on Squoosh DK
250 yards / 4 ounces / 4 plies
100% Extra-Fine Superwash Merino
Care: Machine or hand wash cold and air dry.
Purple Prism would go beautifully with Sunflower, Renaissance Blue, and Lilac.
I have included a couple photos of a hat I knit using Wonderful Worsted to give you an idea of how it will work up.
