This skein of Kristin Lavransdatter is a "Pippin" only insofar as it is the last of its kind. I dyed it on the Super Sport yarn base, and I'm not carrying that base right now.
This colorway was inspired by the title character of Sigrid Unset's wonderful trilogy set in medieval Norway. Kristin makes some very bad choices but goes on to do much good in spite of them.
This yarn base is a wonderfully squishy 80/20 superwash/nylon yarn perfect for hats, sweaters, and heavier weight socks for winter.

MY GIFT TO YOU
As a token of my appreciation, I would be happy to include your choice of either a sprig of fresh rosemary from my organic garden or a handmade felt ball infused with essential lavender oil with your order. Both of these smell wonderful and are natural moth deterrents. Just let me know if you would like one and which one you would prefer in the note to seller when you check out.
