There's something uniquely wonderful about the city of Paris--romance, flowers, sidewalk cafes, and a certain je ne sais quoi in the air. I tried to convey that feeling of Paris in this yarn, especially Paris in spring.
If you need a ticket to Paris, consider this an easy way to get there. ;-)
This is the first time I dyed a variegated colorway on Alpaca Lace Cloud. This yarn base has all the delightful texture of a mohair yarn with none of the itch. It's made of baby suri alpaca and silk, and it has a wonderful halo similar to angora.
The yarn comes in 50 gram skeins with 328 yards per skein.
Paris on Alpaca Lace Cloud
328 yards / 1.75 oz / 2 Plies
74% Baby Suri Alpaca / 26% Silk
Care: Hand wash cold and air dry.
Paris would look beautiful with the same colorway on one of my sock-weight yarns.
