Sometimes inspiration comes from the strangest places. My daughter had a Parisian tea tray out last night. I've seen it a hundred times, but this time I HAD to stop what I was doing and make an art batt using the colors in the tea tray and the feel of Paris. It's full of soft colors and strong textures. Not only would this be a blast to spin, but it would be absolutely gorgeous felted!
I had the song "I Love Paris in the Springtime" the whole time I was carding these.

Contents: 59% merino, 15% baby alpaca, 10% organic Polwarth, 10% mulberry silk, 5% kid mohair locks, 1% angelina
Carding Style: Carded in thin stripes
Uses: Spinning or Felting (89% feltable fibers)
