NEBULA Art Batts with Kid Mohair Locks

Regular price $18.00

Quantity Available: 20

I was looking at photos of a distant nebula from the Hubble Space Telescope, and the colors were so amazing and beautiful and varied. Of course, me being me, my first thought was how I could design an art batt to share with you from the colors in the photo! :-)

These art batts contain soft merino, bamboo, baby alpaca, kid mohair locks, and some sparkly angelina and firestar.

The colors include several shades of blue and green as well as lavender, eggplant, white, light brown, dark brown, and even pink. Every one was in the nebula, and I tried to replicate the proportions of colors as well.

Most of the fibers are in multiple layers of thin stripes throughout the batts, but I kept all the locks on the top.

The last photo shows the yarn I made from two of these art batts.
