This colorway was inspired by Raphael's "Madonna of the Chair." The story goes that he stopped at an inn, and when it came time to pay he realized he had no money, so he offered to make a painting as payment. He painted it on the top of a barrel. The colors include black, olive, deep peach, tan, blue, dusty green, brownish orange, and rich gold, and the fibers include wool, silk, and camel down. Here's a link to the original.
I have made versions of this in several sizes. This one is quite small at just 8 inches wide and 6 inches tall including the frame. The frame is gold-colored.
