What's a lavender felt ball? I take a 1" felted ball of wool and add a few drops of lavender essential oil to it. It smells lovely, and it's great to put with your wool creations, yarn, and fiber to discourage moths.
The scent does fade over time. If you would like to refresh it, you can get your own lavender essential oil and just add a few drops to your felt ball.
I'll choose the colors based on what I have, but I ordinarily get a variety of shades of purple, which probably doesn't require any explanation. :-)
