Kingfisher was inspired by both the beautiful bird and the poem "As Kingfishers Catch Fire" by Hopkins. I included a photo of the bird I used for inspiration. The yarn has predominantly bright blue and orange along with black and white. There are some other wonderful shades where the colors join.

These infinity scarves are the perfect way to complete an outfit all year long. They are made of habotai silk, and I have hand-dyed each one.

Each one is unique--even more so than hand-dyed yarn.

They measure 10 inches wide and 70 inches in circumference and can be wrapped two or three times. Since they are infinity scarves, they are easy to wear. They are also great to travel with too since they fold up to almost nothing and weight less than an ounce. They are so soft!

I recommend hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry. If you like it smooth and crisp, you can use an iron or a steamer to smooth out any wrinkles.
