This yarn was inspired by Jackson Pollock's Painting, "Convergence." The colors include a white background with purple, lavender, orange, blue, red, copper, and a little gold.
This yarn is not likely to pool given the random nature of the colors, and it will be a great adventure to watch how it works up as you knit, crochet, or weave with it
I used my Sparkly Merino Sock base, which is made of 92% superwash merino and 8% sparkly lurex. It's a lovely base for shawls and cowls and hats.
Jackson Pollock on Sparkly Merino Sock
409 yards / 4 ounces / 4 plies
92% superwash merino / 8% lurex
Care: Machine or hand wash cold and air dry
Jackson Pollock would look great with Aubergine, Copper, Eggplant, or Cherries Jubilee.
The last photos show a hat I knit up in this colorway using Wonderful Worsted. It should give you an idea of how the colorway will work up, but keep in mind that how it looks will vary a lot depending on the pattern, the yarn base, and even the individual skein.
