Hope was a club colorway I created based on the painting by George Watts back at the very beginning of COVID for my yarn and fiber clubs. As we find ourselves yet again--or perhaps still--in so much need of hope, I decided to make this a regular colorway. I have included the painting as one of the photos below.I dyed it on my So Silky Sock Base made of 50% superwash merino and 50% silk. This is so lusciously soft!
Hope by George Watts on So Silky Sock
437 Yards / 3.5 oz / 4 Plies
50% Superwash Merino / 50% Mulberry Silk
Care: Hand wash cold and air dry.
Hope would look great with Sage, Contentment, The Hands of the King, and Enchanted Forest too.
