Enchanted Forest is a deep rich journey into every forest in every work of literature--a place of dangerous creatures and mischievous fairies and the risk of getting lost in something larger than yourself. The colors are dark green, blue, brown, and dark purple along with a multitude of speckles.
I dyed it on Diamond Silk Sock, which is an incredibly soft and strong luxury yarn base made of 100% mulberry silk. This is a great yarn base for those who are sensitive to wool. It is also tremendous for knitting and crocheting beautiful lacy shawls and for warp or weft as weaving. I would not recommend it by itself for sweaters or socks because silk does not have memory the way wool does.
