I first dyed Dreams of the Sea when I was longing to see the sea. It has beautiful jewel tones including several shades of blue and jade green.
I dyed this yarn using my Splashed and Speckled method, which means each skein contains the same colors but in different places, making each one unique. I used my Sparkly Merino Sock base this time, which is made of 92% superwash merino and 8% sparkly lurex. It's a lovely base for shawls and cowls and hats.

Dreams of the Sea would look great with After the Rain, Hope, Galadriel's Gift, Sapphire Dreams, and Evergreen.
I included the photo of a hat I knit on Wonderful Worsted to give you an idea of how it can work up.
