Crab Nebula was created and dyed by Joseph. He used a beautiful photograph of the nebula from the Hubble Space Telescope to create first art batts and now yarn.
The colors are so beautiful together--just the right blend of soft and bright. They include a little soft yellow, fuchsia, lavender, eggplant, several shades of blue, and bright chartreuse to add a little pop.
We dyed this on my Squoosh DK yarn base, which is made of extra-fine superwash merino and comes in extra-large 4-ounce skeins.
