COPPER ROOF Indie-Dyed Yarn on Feather Sock - Assigned Pooling Colorway

Regular price $28.00

Quantity Available: 3
Copper Roof was inspired by an antique copper roof in the process of turning from the original color to that wonderful blue-green patina. This time I dyed it as an assigned pooling colorway with about three quarters of the skein blue-green and one quarter copper. I added blue-green speckles to the copper section as well.

I used Feather Sock as the yarn base. Feather Sock is made of 85% extra-fine non-superwash merino wool and 15% silk. It's a 2-ply yarn with a lot of yardage. It's great for sweaters, shawls, hats, and more. Just be aware that it should be hand-washed in cold water so it doesn't felt. On the other hand, it's great for weavers and others who want to full their cloth.
