Christmas Candy was inspired by those beautiful red and green striped candy canes. I added red speckles too because why not?
I dyed this yarn on Wonderful Worsted, which is a squishy and round 4-ply yarn made of 100% superwash merino. It's great for sweaters, shawls, hats, and more. The last photo shows a hat I knit using Christmas Candy on Quick and Cozy Bulky.
Christmas Candy on Wonderful Worsted
218 yards / 3.5 ounces / 4 plies
100% superwash merino wool
Care: Machine or hand wash cold and air dry
Christmas Candy would look great with Cherries Jubilee, Forest Green, and The Holly and the Ivy.
I have included photos of a hat I knit in this colorway. It should give you an idea of how the colorway will work up, but keep in mind that how it looks will vary a lot depending on the pattern you use and the yarn base as well.
As a token of my appreciation, I would be happy to include your choice of either a sprig of fresh rosemary from my organic garden or a handmade felt ball infused with essential lavender oil with your order. Both of these smell wonderful and are natural moth deterrents. Just let me know if you would like one and which one you would prefer in the note to seller when you check out.
