A sock set is a full-sized skein of sock-weight yarn plus a mini skein to be used for the heels, toes, and cuffs of the socks.
This set comes with a skein of Beowulf as the main colorway and a 20 gram mini skein of Eggplant.
I dyed Beowulf on Sock Perfection, which is made of 80% extra-soft superwash merino and 20% nylon. I dyed Eggplant on Splendid Sock, which is even a little tougher, making it perfect for the heels and toes. It is made of 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon.
