AFREMOV'S FAREWELL TO ANGER Indie-Dyed Yarn on Suri Lace Cloud

Regular price $27.00

Quantity Available: 1
The painting that inspired this yarn colorway is by Leonid Afremov, a late 20th century artist who used a palette knife and these amazing brilliant colors that are sort of reminiscent of pointillism.

I dyed it on Suri Lace Cloud, which has all the delightful texture of fuzzy mohair yarn with none of the itch. It's made of baby suri alpaca and silk, and it has a wonderful halo. It can be used on its own or held double with another yarn.

The yarn comes in 50 gram skeins with 437 yards per skein.

Afremov's Farewell to Anger would look great with the same colorway on one of my sock-weight yarn bases. It would also look great with The Winedark Sea, Freedom Blue, Monarch Orange, Sunflower, or Lilac.
