The painting that inspired this yarn colorway is by Leonid Afremov, a late 20th century artist who used a palette knife and these amazing brilliant colors that are sort of reminiscent of pointillism.
YARN BASE
I used my Squiggle Sock, which is made of 90% superwash merino and 10% nylon and has these wonderful little beehives or slubs for added texture.

YARN PAIRINGS
Farewell to Anger would look great with Lilac, Freedom Blue, Sunflower, Burgundy Rose, and many more.
YARN SWATCH
I included two photos of a hat I knit using this colorway on Wonderful Worsted to give you an idea of how it will work up. However, Wonderful Worsted doesn't have the same texture as Squiggle Sock.
