MONET'S CATHEDRAL Indie-Dyed Yarn on Squiggle Sock

Regular price $27.00

Quantity Available: 2

This colorway was inspired by one of my favorite paintings by Monet: "The Portal of Rouen Cathedral in Morning Light." Here's a link to the painting. He spent 2 years painting the same cathedral at different times of day, and some have called it the ultimate series in impressionism.

The colors include dark blue, medium blue, soft lilac, eggplant, and a bit of chartreuse with a generous amount of speckles.

I dyed it on Squiggle Sock, which is such a fun yarn base made with superwash merino spun in a spiral around a nylon core and with little beehives or slubs every couple feet.
