These art batts are inspired by the red rocks of Sedona. If you've never been there, it's a pretty amazing place with world-famous rock formations.
I made these spinning and felting batts using magenta, deep orange, reddish brown, and yellow merino along with brown alpaca, some camel down, some wonderful soft and fuzzy kid mohair locks, and even muga silk, which was the silk used by royalty in India. I added some sparkle as well.
These would work well for spinning or for felting since 94% of the fibers her are fibers that will felt. The colors and textures are pretty amazing if I do say so myself.
