AFREMOV'S FAREWELL TO ANGER Hand-Dyed Yarn on Sparkly Merino Sock

The painting that inspired this yarn colorway is by Leonid Afremov, a late 20th century artist who used a palette knife and these amazing brilliant colors that are sort of reminiscent of pointillism. I actually created this colorway for my November 2020 club and decided to make it a new fall colorway this year.

I used my Sparkly Merino Sock base, which is made of 92% superwash merino and 8% sparkly lurex. It's a lovely base for shawls and cowls and hats.
